As part of the growth of the enterprising and up and coming area of Shoreditch, London – Johnstone Projects was appointed on the second phase of the redevelopment of The Bryant Building, for the Developer, Darien Ventures Ltd.
Further to the successful completion of Phase 1, Johnstone Projects successfully delivered 8 luxury apartments on the rooftop of the recently refurbished and occupied Bryant Office Building. The Developer then sold the asset to a pension fund on completion.
Johnstone Projects assisted in successfully resolving complex party wall and rights to light matters. Furthermore, navigated the sensitive process of constructing on the rooftop of an occupied building tenanted by a high-end corporate financial institution. We also overcame the cumbersome issue of utility companies looking to connect to Transport For London’s Red Route.
This was a high risk project, however, the experience and knowledge of Johnstone Projects ensured that our client was fully protected and a successful outcome was achieved.
