Summary: working for a top UK University the works comprised replacement of existing mechanical and electrical services, including all new lighting to existing teaching facilities. The work was carried out in a live working environment which required very sensitive project and end-user management. Duties include managing design team and contractor performance on site. Reporting to client and managing change throughout the project.
