Summary: A variety of projects notably, Edinburgh Princes street Approximately £25million and the ‘Green’ store at Silverburn, Pollok Approximately £20 million. Both sites taken up to construction. Both Glasgow Fort and Fort Kinnaird involved negotiations with Landlords agreeing technical specifications for lease agreements.
